Payment Options

Orchard Chiropractic and Wellness believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets.  We  accept auto accident and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. We accept payment for services rendered in the forms of cash, cheque, debit, VISA, and Mastercard.  To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, you can call our office directly.

M.S.P. for BC Residents

The British Columbia Medical Services Plan provides partial coverage only for persons on premium assistance.  Please consult our office or visit the the BC Medical Services Plan website at http://www.health.gov.bc.ca/msp/index.html.  Fees related to x-ray examinations, insurance reports, and requested letters are the patient's responsibility.

Extended Health Plan Benefits

Patients may receive reimbursement of office fees.  Extended benefit information is available from your employer.  This office will help with the completion of required forms and provide receipts that should be sent to your extended health benefits provider.  Your employer determines limits and conditions for reimbursement.

Worker's Compensation Board

Chiropractic office visits and x-rays are insured for work related injuries.  Workers are covered for wage loss benefits while under care of their family chiropractor.  Injured persons should consult their doctor of chiropractic immediately upon injury. No referral is required.

ICBC

Coverage is provided for office visits and x-rays for injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents.  No referral is required.  ICBC may pay only part of the usual office fees.  Any remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient.  This portion may be recoverable upon settlement of your claim.  Your chiropractor will provide, upon request, a medical legal report and attend court when requested by your or ICBC's lawyer.

Health on a Budget

At Orchard Chiropractic and Wellness we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us--we can help!  The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness centre in crisis. So please, we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously.  As the old saying goes, "if you don't have your health, you don't have anything".  Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
